چکیده

Background: The Neonatal Resuscitation Program highlights the importance of a newborn's first minute, "Golden Minute", during which pediatrician determines if newborn requires, and initiates advanced resuscitation. From birth to neonatal evaluation, we detect periods that call "Lost Time", delay resuscitation because it is not controlled: "adequate position" in gynecologists must "pass" pediatricians "receive" newborn; transfer time radiant warmer and; duration initial steps.
Objectives Study: 1. Present propose what consider at each birth. 2. Expose “LT” detected, how eliminate them; 3. Establish adequate for step resuscitation.
Methodology: Observational, descriptive, comparative, triple-blind study. We recorded position pass newborn, receive, warmer, steps, 150 deliveries cesarean sections. Results were analyzed with descriptive statistics, X2, T-test.
Results: receive was incorrect delayed. long. steps longer than expected. Without differences between both groups.
Conclusions: Planning accelerating "pass receive" neonate birth, reducing shortening allow us lost time, optimize golden minute improve outcomes.

Impact of Video-recorded Debriefing and Neonatal Resuscitation Program Workshops on Short-term Outcomes and Quality of Neonatal Resuscitation

Background: The goal of neonatal resuscitation is to prevent death and further complications, reestablish spontaneous respiration, and achieve sufficient cardiac output. Inappropriate or wrong resuscitation will result in the death of neonates or long-term side effects. The present study was performed to compare the effects of video-recorded debriefing and neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) w...

Initial Steps Towards Run-Time Support for Norm-Governed Systems

We present a knowledge representation framework with an associated run-time support infrastructure that is able to compute, for the benefit of the members of a norm-governed multi-agent system, the physically possible and permitted actions current at each time, as well as sanctions that should be applied to violations of prohibitions. To offer the envisioned run-time support we use an Event Cal...
